Nana's Salsa

✦   Use grass-fed, organic, and/or locally sourced ingredients whenever you can. This recipe can be blended or chopped — your call.

Ingredients

  • 4–5 Heirloom tomatoes, diced (beefsteak, roma, or on the vine)
  • 1 head Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Yellow or red onion, diced
  • ½–1 whole bulb Garlic, minced (to taste)
  • 1–2 Fresh limes, squeezed
  • 2–3 tbsp Red or white wine vinegar
  • 1½ tsp Cumin
  • 1–2 tbsp Nana's Market Sea Salt (more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Dice or roughly chop all vegetables to your preferred texture — chunky or fine, either works beautifully.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. For a smoother salsa, transfer to a blender and pulse to your liking.
  3. Taste and adjust — more salt, lime, or vinegar until it's exactly where you want it.
  4. Serve fresh and enjoy!
Nana's Salt Note Use Nana's Market Sea Salt here — it genuinely makes a difference. The minerals and depth of flavor you get from a quality sea salt elevate even the simplest salsa.
