This website is operated by Nana's Market ("Nana's Market," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting nanasmarket.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

PRODUCTS
We sell coarse salts and 100% grass-fed whipped tallow. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but natural products can vary slightly in color, texture, and grain from batch to batch. All products are food items for personal use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

SHIPPING
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. See our Shipping Policy for details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another problem, email info@nanasmarket.com with your order number, a short description, and photos if possible, and we will make it right. STORAGE AND USE
Store products as directed on the label. Once a product leaves our hands, we are not responsible for problems caused by improper storage, handling, or use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Nana's Market and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or harmful information.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
